Advised Thoma Bravo on its $1.055 billion acquisition of Nearmap Ltd, by way of scheme of arrangement.

Quadrant Private Equity and Five V Capital

On the investment in various contact centre businesses to create the Probe Group and ultimate $1 billion sale to KKR.
