Alexander Danne

Alexander is a Partner, and Head of Energy + Infrastructure at Gilbert + Tobin. The E+I team houses the firm’s project delivery, project finance and construction (front and back end) skill sets and Partner / Special Counsel groups.
His major areas of practice are infrastructure and energy project development and structuring, including generation, transmission and storage projects. Alexander works with sponsors, developers, contractors, and equity and debt investors on a broad range of projects, project portfolios and PPP/infrastructure transactions.
Alexander has a Master of Laws (International) and a Bachelor of Science & Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan. He completed the Infrastructure in a Market Economy course at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government
