Vince is a special counsel in our Fintech and Web3 group.Specialising in funds management, Vince is an experienced financial services practitioner with nearly 20 years of providing legal advice to the financial services sector. Vince has extensive experience in both retail and wholesale financial services and funds management.
Vince specialises in the establishment, promotion, and operation of investment funds, including listed funds, retail funds, property funds, credit funds and private equity funds. Vince is also well-versed in the regulation of financial products and financial services. Vince has a broad range of experience advising on various financial products, including managed investment products, securities, derivatives, non-cash payment products, superannuation products, life policies and annuities.
