Biography
Rebecca is a lawyer in our Restructuring and Insolvency group.She advises insolvency practitioners in relation to their duties generally and acts in respect of applications to the court seeking orders in respect of external administrations. She also acts for liquidators conducting investigations into affairs of companies and in recovery proceedings.
