Biography

Peter is a partner in our Corporate Advisory group.

Specialising in financial services regulation, Peter leads the FinTech and Web3 practice and has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. 

As an expert and market-leading practitioner in fintech and financial services regulation, he advises domestic and off-shore corporates, financial institutions, payment service providers, funds, managers and other market participants. His expertise covers establishing, structuring and operating regulated businesses in Australia. 

Peter has an extensive list of clients in the financial services, payments, digital assets, markets, platforms and funds sectors.
