Biography
Nicole is a lawyer in our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group.She advises on project delivery and infrastructure transactions. She has experience in renewable energy projects and public-private partnerships (PPPs), including structuring, risk allocation, construction, and facilities/operation management.
Nicole has assisted in advising sponsors and contractors on the development and ongoing operation of renewable energy projects such as wind and solar farms, PPP and other infrastructure projects such as toll roads, prisons and other project financed infrastructure assets both in Australia and New Zealand.
