She has assisted with a range of transactions, including public and private M&A and project work. Lucy has experience in a range of corporate transactions including drafting key transaction documents such as farm-ins and joint ventures and sale and purchase agreements, due diligence and advising on mining and Crown land tenure and access requirements.
