Biography

Linda-Rose is our Head of Legal Project Management (LPM) and Design.

As a senior member of G+T Innovate, she combines her in-house and private practice legal experience with extensive project and transformation skills, to design and deliver impactful legal transformation outcomes.

Linda-Rose has worked closely with both national and multinational clients across diverse industry sectors, with consulting engagements that include several ASX 20 and ASX 50 companies. Her work encompasses comprehensive legal transformation projects, current-state diagnostic assessments, transformation and capability development workshops, design and implementation of transformation roadmaps, legal project management, design thinking, and continuous improvement.
