She advises on climate law and finance, including the development of decarbonisation and sustainability projects, carbon contracts and other environmental product transactions and compliance with climate regulations. Lily also assists clients with ESG and corporate governance matters, in particular advising on modern slavery and other business human rights, climate reporting and greenwashing.
Lily works with clients across all sectors in Australia, with a particular interest in decarbonisation, climate change law and policy and human rights law.
