Kimberley Peckham

She oversees the firm’s First Nations strategies and initiatives alongside our Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. As a proud Wiradjuri woman, Kimberley is passionate about ensuring organisations fulfil their commitments to First Nations people, communities, and organisations.

She is responsible for developing and managing our Reconciliation Action Plan, leading the First Nations Legal Cadetship Program, organising and delivering First Nations events, and providing guidance on the firm’s Cultural Learning, First Nations Employment, and Engagement Strategies

Deeply committed to providing visibility for First Nations people within corporate settings, Kimberley champions embedding inclusive practices into their structures.
