She advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, including but not limited to, various tenement-related disputes, contractual disputes, commercial and retail lease disputes and matters involving insolvent parties.

She has advised, instructed Counsel and appeared on behalf of clients across a range of jurisdictions, including before the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia, District Court of Western Australia, Warden’s Court, State Administrative Tribunal and in international arbitration proceedings.

Jayde advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in mining, native title and cultural heritage.
