Ilona is a partner in our Corporate Advisory group.She specialises in private capital transaction, public and private mergers & acquisitions and general corporate advisory matters. She works with a diverse variety of prominent clients, including private equity firms, publicly listed entities, private/founder owned business, multinational corporations and financial institutions across a diverse range of industries and geographies.
Ilona frequently advises clients on significant transactions, leveraging her deep expertise in corporate and securities law to deliver strategic insights that support clients in navigating complex legal challenges with commercial acumen and effectiveness.

The underbidder in a competitive sale process/investment in EVSE, a leading Australian electric vehicle charging hardware and software provider.
MolyCop on its potential initial public offering and listing on the ASX (postponed).
Telstra on its acquisition, in partnership with the Australian Government, of Digicel Pacific, the biggest mobile operator in the South Pacific region.
Anchorage Capital Partners on the sale of Rail First Asset Management to a consortium comprising Amber Infrastructure and DIF Capital Partners.
PEP and Carlyle on the sale of iNova Pharmaceuticals to TPG Capital.
