Gerard Milne

Leading our risk management team, he positions risk management as an enabler of business performance. He believes in advancing a culture that encourages a positive approach to managing risk, which in turn uncovers new opportunities and improves business outcomes.

His main responsibilities focus on the continuing development of our Enterprise Risk Management function in line with our Risk Management Framework. This includes overseeing all aspects of legal practice and operational risk and working closely with first-line risk coordinators across the partnership and operational functions.

Gerard brings his depth of general operational experience to the management of risk with practical, evidence-led solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience in legal practice, operational management and risk management in law firms and professional services businesses in Australia, the UK, Singapore, and the Cayman Islands.
