He advises leading global and national institutional capital, fund managers, private equity and real estate development and investment groups on real estate transactions and projects around Australia, including capital transactions, development projects (including precinct creation, fund through arrangements and development management arrangements) and leasing (including complex agreement for lease arrangements, leasing arrangements for renewable energy facilities, data centre leases and long term ground leases).

Cianan advises clients across all sectors of the real estate industry, with a particular interest and experience in industrial, commercial office, health, PBSA and retail.
