She has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors and other stakeholders on a broad range of routine and complex litigation.
Christina has in depth experience acting for liquidators in public examinations and on voidable transaction claims, as well as acting on general commercial disputes involving breach of directors’ duties claims, breach of contract and knowing receipt/ assistance claims. Her practice also includes litigation on behalf of administrators in connection with their powers and duties under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
She advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in transport and logistics, retail, and infrastructure.
