He advises on a range of commercial IP issues and specialises in licensing of intellectual property, government procurement and large scale complex agreements with significant IP interfaces. Ben has advised both government and private clients on intellectual property arrangements, funding, complex procurement and a range of other commercial and IP matters. This includes research collaborations, patent and technology licensing, supply and manufacturing arrangements and joint ventures.
Ben advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in transactions dealing with emerging and disruptive technologies in regulated industries such as healthcare and defence technologies such as medical devices, quantum computing, autonomous systems and C4 systems.
