He has extensive experience facilitating the procurement of significant IT project, construction and field services and outsourcing solutions in complex circumstances for institutional clients.

Astan has supported some of Australia’s largest organisations to negotiate and implement a variety of complex contractual frameworks across a variety of IT services ranging across software, hardware, SaaS, managed and professional services. He also advises multinational clients on their privacy and data protection obligations and works closely with clients to review and update critical privacy documentation.

Astan regularly supports on M&A transactions including advising on complex technology and operational separation and transition issues.
