Biography
Alison is a special counsel in our Banking and Finance group.She is known for her extensive expertise in corporate, leverage, acquisition and property finance.
With a robust track record, Alison represents major financial institutions, sponsors and corporates across complex debt financing arrangements. She has also been pivotal in acquisition and leveraged finance, guiding major deals for many lenders and various private equity firms.
Alison is a member of the APLMA's Women in Loan Markets Committee and co-authored Practical Law Company's inaugural 'Cross-Border Financing Guide: Australia'. Alison is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Alison is also admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.

Lendlease regarding the facilities provided for the construction of Melbourne Quarter Tower.
Roc Partners on the facilities provided by NAB to fund the acquisition of Kelly Tillage.
Roc Partners on the facilities provided by CBA to fund the acquisition of each of the Pacific Metal Group and Watch & Grow.
The lenders to Woolworths on each of the bilateral and syndicated facilities with total commitments over $2 billion.
The unitranche lenders regarding PEP's acquisition of the Modern Star educational group.
