She acts for lenders and borrowers on a range of financings including funds financing, leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate financing, corporate financing and restructuring.

Alana has been on secondment to the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance department at HSBC Bank plc in London, the CMB team at HSBC UK Bank plc in London and Group Legal at HSBC Bank Australia in Sydney.
