The Corporate Advisory/M&A practice is delighted to welcome new partner Karen Evans-Cullen to G+T this week, as she joins their Sydney team.

Karen has over 20 years' experience as a strategic mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory lawyer.

She has acted in a number of Australia’s significant corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors and is highly regarded for her ability to deliver innovative solutions to achieve her clients’ objectives.  She also brings a wealth of experience in advising boards and management on corporate governance issues.

Karen is also a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, a government appointed peer review body that regulates corporate controls transactions in widely held Australian entries.

She joins us most recently from PwC where she was Head of Corporate (Legal), prior to which she was a partner at Clayton Utz. In joining G+T’s Corporate Advisory team, Karen commented  “I’m delighted to be joining the market leading Corporate/M+A team at G+T at a time when advising on deals requires access to a broad range of capabilities and experience to achieve the best outcomes for clients.”.
