G+T are delighted to have advised leading Australian private markets investor Pacific Equity Partners (PEP), on its acquisition of ATOM Group.

ATOM Group is a leading Australian distributor of safety and industrial supplies into the resources, defence, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. The acquisition will be the first investment in PEP's newly established Fund VII.

G+T supported PEP on all aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring and debt financing as well as managing significant cross-border matters. Corporate Advisory partners Hiroshi Narushima and Ilona Hunnisett led the deal, together with lawyers Rohit Duggal and Ziggy Liszukiewicz.
