Gilbert + Tobin has advised MoneyMe on its initial public offering and listing on the ASX. The offer raised $45 million and at the IPO listing price gives MoneyMe a market capitalisation of approximately $210 million.

MoneyMe is a digital consumer credit business that delivers an innovative loan offering to tech-savvy consumers by leveraging its technology platform and big data analytics. Founded in 2013, MoneyMe has originated more than $340 million in loans through its risk-based lending platform.
