Gilbert + Tobin is pleased to have acted as lead legal adviser to long-standing client RODE Microphones on the acquisition of Mackie and on the global refinance of its debt facilities.
RDE Microphones is a global leader in audio technology. Headquartered in Sydney, they design and manufacture microphones and other audio hardware, as well as software and accessories. The acquisition of Mackie, based in the United States, represents another significant step in the growth of RODE Microphones which currently operates out of Australia, USA, China and the UK and exports products to 118 countries globally.
