G+T is pleased to have advised breakthrough healthcare AI company, harrison.ai, on its new joint venture with Sonic Healthcare, one of the world’s largest medical diagnostics providers, to establish and commercialise clinical AI solutions in pathology. The joint venture will leverage harrison.ai’s extensive healthcare AI expertise and Sonic’s deep clinical experience to produce new AI applications targeted at improving the efficiency and accuracy of pathology diagnosis.

G+T’s deal team was led by Corporate Advisory partner Hiroshi Narushima with assistance from lawyers Jamie Pounch and Amelia Nichols. Technology + Digital partner Tim Gole and senior lawyer Stephanie Essey advised on intellectual property and data-related aspects of the transaction.
