Gilbert + Tobin is pleased to have advised Genesis Capital on the $350 million capital raising for their Fund II, the funds will be used for healthcare deals in Australia and New Zealand.

Genesis capital specialise in building healthcare businesses, their portfolio includes Sana Health Group, Momentum Clinical Research, Impression Dental Group and Southern Cross Support Services.

The transaction was led by Corporate Advisory partner Nathan Cahill, with assistance from lawyers Joshua Holmes, Michelle Shen and Abi Vaseeharan.

Nathan commented “Genesis have been doing some great investments and generating very good returns. This is demonstrated in the quality of investors and strength of the raise for this fund".
