G+T has advised Fujitsu Australia on its acquisition of Microsoft partner, Oobe.

Founded in 2007, Oobe specialises in end-user computing, applications, data, cloud and cyber services and products, with a specific focus on Microsoft and Azure. G+T’s market-leading Corporate Advisory team advised on all aspects of the transaction.

The G+T team was led by Corporate Advisory Partner David Josselsohn with support from lawyers Ashleigh Kern, Jessica Tang, Clare Azzopardi and Vania Jiang  The Corporate team was also supported by specialists throughout the firm.
