G+T is pleased to have advised Aula Energy on the acquisition of Argoon Wind Farm, located in the South West Renewable Energy Zone in New South Wales. Argoon Wind Farm is in its pre-construction phase and is proposed to have capacity of up to 763MW of wind energy comprising of up to 106 wind turbines. 

G+T negotiated the sale and development documentation with Aula Energy and provided strategic advice on all matters relating to the transaction and project. G+T conducted due diligence on project and transaction documents, providing Aula Energy with the assurances required to confidently proceed with the acquisition. 

Argoon Wind Farm will form part of Aula Energy’s rapidly growing portfolio of Australian Wind farm assets. Established by Macquarie in 2023, Aula Energy is an Australian-headquartered renewable energy business dedicated to developing, building and operating onshore renewable energy projects across Australia. 

With this transaction, G+T continues to demonstrate its leadership in the renewable energy sector, particularly in relation to greenfield project investment and development.
